How do I select all but one duplicate for deletion?
Important: the display always shows all images of a duplicate group. So you should not delete all of them.
There is also a difference between "Exact duplicates" and "Near duplicates". Both are search options in the duplicate search.
With exact duplicates, there is no automatic way for the program to decide which is the one you want to keep. But it is possible to use parts of the file name or the directory as selection criteria.
Searching using source and target directories is also a good option here.
In case of "near duplicates" there are further possibilities to let the program make a pre-selection, e.g. to keep the photo with the highest resolution, a RAW or the image with the highest rating.
The settings for this can be found in the Flag Assistant. In case of exact duplicates the simplified settings are grayed out. Please use the advanced settings further down in the selection window here.
