To install the software on a new computer, download it again using the link in your purchase confirmation and install it on the new computer.
Alternatively, you can find the download links in the download section of our help center. Please make sure to download the version that matches your license.
Your license is valid for one program version for both Windows and MacOS.
Immediately after purchasing in our online store, you will receive an automatically generated email with your activation code and the download link for the software.
If you have not saved the email, you can have it sent to you again.
To activate your license, it is sufficient to log in to your Excire user account.
It is not necessary to enter the activation code again.
You can activate the program on up to three computers. When this number is reached, you must first remove an activation from an old computer in your user account in order to activate a new one.
If you purchased your license before 4/18/2023
To install the software on a new computer, please uninstall it on the old computer first, if you still have access to it.
Then download the latest version of the program using the link in your purchase confirmation and activate it with your license key and the email address you used to purchase the program.

Please make sure to enter the same email address you used when you purchased the program.
You will then receive the license key and the download link for the program again.
