How do I install the program on a new computer?
To install the software on a new computer, download it again using the link in your purchase confirmation and install it on the new computer.
The purchase confirmation is the email that customers automatically receive directly after making a purchase in our online store. It contains the download link for the software.
If you have not saved the email, you can have it sent to you again.

Alternatively, you can find the download links in the download section of our help center. Please make sure to download the version that matches your license.
Your license is valid for one program version for both Windows and MacOS.
To activate your license, it is sufficient to log in to your Excire user account.
Please do not enter the activation code again.
You can activate the program on up to three computers. When this number is reached, a message appears with the option to remove a previous activation.
