If you have not found the right answer to your question in the Help Center or a specific problem has occurred, you can contact our support in several ways.
Option 1: Create a ticket directly in the Help Center.
To do this, click the button to create a new support ticket on our Help Center web page. Fill in the fields to describe the error and be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly so that our response will reach you.
Option 2: Send us an e-mail
You can also send us an informal and simple e-mail to our support team. Use the address
support@excire.de for this purpose.
Please make sure to describe the problem as precisely as possible, and which program and version you are working with.
Option 3: Error report directly from the program
This option is best if you have technical problems or error messages.
In Excire Foto, click "Send Error Report..." in the Help menu, fill out the form with your name, email, and a brief description of the error, and submit it.
In Excire Search for Lightroom, under "File -> Plug-In Manager" in the Excire Search section, you will find a button to send us a bug report.
This way, we also get the technical log files we need for a bug analysis right away via mail attachment.
In all cases, please make sure to enter your name and email address so that we can respond to your request.
