Customers who purchased their license from our store at Fastspring on or after 04/18/2023 can change their email address themselves in their Excire user account.
Log in with your username or previous email address and password.
Then click on the "Login" tile. There you can change your stored email address by clicking on the pencil icon.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure.
If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our support. To do this, you can create a ticket using the button on this page.
For older licenses (purchase before 4/18/2023), changing the email address is not possible.
The email address from the purchase is permanently linked to the license key and must be entered together for activation.
However, it does not matter if the corresponding email box still exists.
