How can I add or reduce the number of licenses?

Add licenses

To add additional licenses to an existing Excire Foto Office Edition subscription, log in to the customer area of our FastSpring store (https://excire.onfastspring.com/account). There, you can view and manage your existing subscriptions. You can increase the number of licenses for a subscription. The additional licenses will be available immediately.

Reduce licenses

To reduce the number of Excire Foto Office Edition licenses, you need to cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one. You can view and cancel your current subscription in our FastSpring store customer portal (https://excire.onfastspring.com/account). After cancellation, the licenses for the current subscription period will remain valid. You must then sign up for a new Excire Foto Office Edition subscription with the desired number of licenses. It is important to ensure the company name is spelled exactly as it appears on the previous subscription so that the company name on the new subscription matches the previous one. The previously entered company name can be viewed in the FastSpring customer portal under the “Account Details” tab.
